Blake Ernst · Full-stack operator · San Diego
I connect strategy, creative, marketing, web, software, and automation, so attention turns into action, and action compounds.
What I actually do
I connect strategy, creative, technology, and execution around the actual business goal, not a department’s narrow slice of it.
Decide
Find the right problem, shape the offer, and build a plan tied to the business.
Express
Identity, campaigns, photography, video, and content that make the business unmistakable.
Build
Websites, stores, portals, dashboards, and custom tools people can actually use.
Run
CRM, AI, integrations, and workflows that remove manual work and preserve context.
Selected systems
Creative production, websites, lead generation, workflows, ecommerce, and growth systems. The point is not the industry; it is the range between the business problem and the working result.
I build ecommerce storefronts and connect the growth stack behind them: product architecture, lifecycle email, CRM, analytics, SEO, and conversion work. Design and merchandising in front, retention and reporting behind. One system from first visit through follow-up.
I connect targeting, offers, outreach, landing experiences, follow-up, and CRM routing into one accountable lead-generation system. This privacy-safe view is built from a real lead inbox. The operating logic adapts to the business, audience, and channel.
I'm a Meta Business Partner. That certification comes from sustained ad spend and real client results, and the campaigns here show it: construction and remodeling, med spa, dental implants, real estate, and fitness studios. The largest spent $100,487.96 and returned 15,466 messaging conversations at $6.50 apiece. The system adapts to whatever market it is pointed at.

I design and build custom websites end to end: art direction, layout, motion, and the front-end code that ships them. The visual system comes out of the brand’s own material, not a template. Cinematic where it earns attention, direct where it has to convert.
View live conceptI model, light, and animate the product itself, then build the still and motion assets around it: 3D product animation, product photography, and campaign creative. Different formats, one job: earn attention and make the value easier to feel.
Six cuts, chosen for range. Live action and kinetic type, aerial work and talking head, commercial and travel. The edit is the argument, so they are here to play rather than be described.
I build workflows that turn forms, replies, and channel activity into clear next steps: assigning owners, updating opportunities, applying tags, pausing sequences, and notifying the right people without manual triage.
In their words
“I'd pretty much given up on marketing companies. Spent money with two different agencies before this and honestly didn't have much to show for it. Blake rebuilt our website and set up systems so leads actually get followed up with automatically. The difference was immediate. We're booking more jobs now without spending more on ads. My only regret is not finding him sooner.”
“Blake filmed and edited content for us that ended up tripling our revenue. Our location doesn't even look the best and he somehow made it look like a million dollars.”
“Blake, you brought my vision to life with a stunning website that perfectly showcases our cybersecurity expertise. Your forward-thinking approach delivered beyond expectations and set us up for future growth. For anyone looking to level up online, Blake’s your guy.”
“Blake’s creativity is off the charts. I give him my idea/vision and he comes through with something better than I had in mind.”
“Very responsive and delivered a top tier product. Was receptive to my feedback and made adjustments accordingly. What I received was better than what I envisioned.”

How it works
Most projects lose momentum in the handoffs between strategy, creative, technology, and execution. I keep the context intact from the first conversation through launch.
A link, a Loom, or a short call is enough. I map the highest-leverage leak.
I design and build the shortest path to the outcome, without a handoff chain.
I watch how people use it, where it stalls, and what moves the business, then tighten what matters.
The operating model
“The person thinking through the strategy should be the person responsible for making it work.”
I work as one accountable operator across strategy, creative, technology, and execution. Omnipresent Marketing is one focused expression of that model, not the boundary of what I do. You do not have to explain the same goal to four departments four different times.
